Blurb:

After being reborn, the first thing He Nian does is flee the Marquis's residence in the middle of the night.

In her previous life, she was mistaken for someone else and, by a twist of fate, became Mu Ci's concubine.

She knew her place and never asked for more, hoping only to find her parents and live out the rest of her life in peace.

But she never got the reunion she hoped for. Instead, Mu Ci dragged her down with him, and they both ended up dead.

Now she's back on the night she first served him.

Still shaken, He Nian flees in the middle of the night and returns to her birth family, where she becomes the Grand Tutor's most beloved legitimate granddaughter.

On a day when snow blankets the world, her former master comes to her door, insisting that he wants to marry her.

He Nian looks at the man she shared a bed with for over a year in her previous life. Her gaze is complicated, and after a long pause, she finally says:

"I don't like men who pin other people's hair under them when they sleep."

Mu Ci is stunned for a long time.

Before he can react, He Nian adds, "If you can't sleep at night, try reading more books," then leaves.

The sweet, obedient young woman he once knew has suddenly changed, and Mu Ci can't help but worry.

He watches as one person after another comes to the Grand Tutor's residence to ask for her hand, and at last he can't sit still. Braving the heavy snow, he goes to her door again.

"He Nian, a night together makes a hundred nights of affection. You can't just ignore me!"

Reader's guide:

1. Both leads are reborn, and both are each other's one and only.

2. In her previous life, the female lead was the male lead's concubine, and the first and only woman he ever fell for.

Core idea: Treat one another with sincerity.
