[This is a bonus story for The Story Is Old-Fashioned, but I'm Perfectly Normal. It still has a quick, instant-noodle-episode style.]
As everyone knows, fairy tales are full of fairytale-like events.
They're magical, but they don't make sense.
Then, one day, normal girl Lu Momo transmigrates into a fairy-tale world...
#Cinderella#
Lu Momo: ...Actually, anyone who wears a size 37 shoe could fit into this.
#Snow White#
Lu Momo: Snow White choked on the poisoned apple. We need the Heimlich maneuver, now!
[This bonus-story blurb is a bit slapdash, so I've also included the blurb for The Story Is Perfectly Normal, but I'm Old-Fashioned. They're based on the same idea, but the setting has changed from an old-fashioned novel to a fairy-tale world.]
The Story Is Old-Fashioned, but I'm Perfectly Normal
Blurb:
As times change, many Mary Sue novels that were once all the rage now seem like one ridiculous disaster after another.
So when Lu Momo transmigrates into one of these old-fashioned novels, she becomes the only normal person in it...
One day, the male lead makes his entrance.
Students crowd both sides of the school gate, welcoming him and exclaiming over how handsome he is as they watch the leads meet for the first time.
Only Lu Momo runs past them at full speed: Ahhh, I'm going to be late for my required class!
In the end, Lu Momo is the only student in the whole school who makes it to class on time. She earns high praise from her counselor and professor, and the admiration of every student. What? Someone can resist a handsome guy and juicy gossip?
Later, the male lead bullies the heroine, just as the plot demands, and she silently bears it with tears in her eyes.
Their classmates all watch, some mocking her, some afraid, and some feeling sorry for her.
Lu Momo can't take it anymore, so she tells the counselor. When the counselor says, "His family is so rich, I don't dare mess with him," Lu Momo suggests, "Why not call his parents?"
The counselor suddenly sees the light. "Oh, right! I have his father's phone number!"
A few days into the semester, Lu Momo realizes that none of the students at this school ever study.
To give the male and female leads time to fall in love, the school has classes for ten minutes and breaks for forty!
During breaks, the whole school goes off to play extras in the leads' romance. With nothing else to do, Lu Momo can only read and work on her homework.
So when finals come around, Lu Momo ranks first in the school and snatches the top scholarship from the heroine by a landslide.
Lu Momo: ...It's not that I'm especially brilliant. The heroine never studies at all. Even if she's supposed to be a genius, this is taking it way too far.
Seeing this, the heroine comes to her senses. Wait, I need to study hard, get a good job, and support my family. What romance? I'm going to study!
And so Lu Momo, the most insignificant background character, becomes the talk of the school simply because she's so normal.
Along the way, she gradually sets all the characters in this Mary Sue story straight...
Theme: Study hard and keep improving every day.
Hahahahahaha little dagger
This article is really good, why don't the author just expand this article?
Why don't you update my author 😭
I am coming! Cinderella's background era feels like... The sanitary conditions are very poor.

Ahhhhh, I just happened to see what the author had to say and there is an article here. I'm so happy but it's a pity it's not finished yet QAQ
! I didn't look carefully and it turned out to be a side story. No wonder it feels familiar.
I'm going to watch the annual party with my friends soon~
Ah, can't these shoes be washed? Since they are glass shoes, rinsing them with water should remove the smell.
Biochemical weapons are really scary
