Universities Personified
Anti-infringement disclaimer: This is just for fun and does not represent any specific real-life university. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
[Early Blurb]
You're a top student with a stack of offers in hand during application season.
While you're trying to decide which university to attend, a passing car sends you flying.
You wake up in a hospital bed. Before you can even remember what happened, a crowd gathers around you, weeping with joy:
"Miss, you've finally woken up!"
You're completely baffled.
From their conversation, you learn that a while ago, the entire family of the profit-hungry president of the Japan branch of the monopolistic Coais (QS) Group died in an accident.
As the president's illegitimate daughter, whom he abandoned years ago, you've been named the group's heir by its senior management.
After hearing this, you shout, "Let me go back! I've made up my mind. I want to attend Tokyo University!"
At that moment, a tall, young man steps up beside your hospital bed.
He has clear, handsome features and a cool, aloof air.
"I'm Todai. I hear you want to attend me?"
You: ???
This world must be insane!

In short, you somehow end up taking a job at Coais Japan.
The senior management tells you your task is to lead the many prestigious universities in Japan to break into the top 100 of the Coais World University Rankings.
And so you're forced to start the miserable daily grind of leveling up through terrifying trials alongside handsome guys from Waseda, Keio, and other universities.
[Reader's Guide]
1. A 2D-style, plot-driven adventure. It shouldn't be too scary. The main appeal is goofy, cheerful, and absurd humor.
2. The focus is on Japan, but the UK, US, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, continental Europe, and Korea will also make enthusiastic appearances.
3. I started writing this to play around with memes and take another look at higher education. I have no intention of offending anyone or any school. Please don't read too much into it or overanalyze it.
4. If you have a problem with me, feel free to call me out on Rednote or Weibo, but don't do it in my comments, or I really will shatter right beside your comment!!
[Dedicated to every vivid "me" on the road to further education]
