Kong Jiawang, a company clerk and graduate of a prestigious university, transmigrates into the body of a technical-school graduate born in the 1960s, back in the 1990s. He works at an agricultural technology station in a small county town. Capable and especially talented at writing reports, he catches the eye of a fellow townsman who has just become the county Agriculture and Forestry Bureau's director. He is seconded to the bureau as office director, and from then on stumbles into the stormy, perilous world of office politics!
He spends a full decade struggling to make his way at the Agriculture and Forestry Bureau, his fortunes rising and falling as he experiences the dangers and intrigues of the workplace, the vicissitudes of life, and the warmth and coldness of human relationships. He often works overtime, yet his colleagues and leaders fail to understand him. His story reveals both the helplessness and insignificance of fighting alone, and the truth that personal worth can only be realized when it is joined with social value.
"Xiao Kong, congratulations! Your appointment as deputy station chief has finally been approved!" Jian Xueda's words, along with his encouragement to work hard from now on, were both a spur and an empty promise. They drove honest Kong Jiawang to struggle for a full ten years. "Director Kong, your appointment as an agronomist has been approved!" Luckily, his intermediate professional title was granted through an exceptional appointment. Hard work brings its reward, so there was no need to feel discouraged. Hearing his colleague's words made all the effort worthwhile.
"When you get to the bureau, don't say a word!" Kong Jiawang kept the departing station chief Li Weimin's parting advice firmly in mind. Leaders clashed with leaders, colleagues with colleagues, and even female colleagues fought. There were anonymous-poster scandals and changes in leadership. Through it all, Kong Jiawang held on to his positive outlook and ambitions. He returned to his station, went down to the villages, promoted agricultural science, and returned to a simpler life.

A short scene:
Suddenly, a heated argument broke out in the company's general manager's spacious office. "I've revised this proposal dozens of times! Can you at least tell me what direction you want me to take it?!"
"What are we paying you for?! Do I have to tell you how to revise and improve it?! The company pays your salary and keeps you fed. If you don't want to work, pack your things and leave!" Company boss Fu Diguo was even angrier than Kong Jiawang, speaking with righteous certainty and absolute bluntness, without the slightest regard for anyone's feelings.
"If this place doesn't want me, there's somewhere else that will!!!"
"You... You get out of here right now!!!"

I haven't been here for a few days and there are only so many updates [scared] [scared]
Ahhhhh, who knows how cool it is for me to catch up here in one breath!
This layout makes my eyes hurt when I look at it
Are these new characters deliberately not using common surnames? It's a bit hard to remember.
When I saw this, I didn't even know how old the protagonist was when he was reborn and whether he had a wife or children. I felt that the protagonist was mainly writing material.
Looks great, so cool, five stars
Why can't I find a big novel? Can't vote?
No, it's actually over 😭 😭 😭
Be happy, fattening is happiness
This is not like the text in Green JJ.
