He Lin, the handsomest guy in the College of Physical Education, has broad shoulders and long legs, and is devastatingly handsome, yet he can't find a date.
It all started when someone filmed him making a bold declaration at a dinner party:
"Damn it! I can't stand those slow-moving Literature students who are always spouting big ideas!"
"Especially Fang Zhi!"
His inexplicable attempt to stir up rivalry between colleges made the Literature students despise him, embarrassed the Physical Education students, and drove everyone else away.
As a result, after three years at university, He Lin still hasn't had a sweet campus romance.
Unable to watch this any longer, his friend ruffled He Lin's doglike head and installed a chat app for him.
"It's a startup project from our college. The whole point is total anonymity. You can't even see photos. You have to chat until you hit it off before you can gradually unlock each other's information."
He Lin was initially dismissive, but before long, he was chatting up a storm with the first person he matched with.
It was as if the other person could see right through him. Every word they said hit him right in the heart!
Once their conversations had really sparked, He Lin asked with trembling hands:
[Can we meet?]
After a long while, the other person replied, [Sure.]
They arranged to meet at a restaurant near campus.
He Lin sat by the window, terribly nervous, imagining at last having a wonderful romance.
A figure sat down across from him. He Lin looked up:
"...Why is it you!"
"Hey, have you heard? He Lin is dating someone. He even posted about it on Moments!"
"What did he post? Let me see."
[Damn it! I love Fang Zhi more than anything!]
It was a long, long time before He Lin learned that Fang Zhi had made the app himself, and he was the only person on it.
