On his eighteenth birthday, Gotham orphan Bethlen stood up for someone in trouble, got stabbed, and was dead for twenty-four hours. No one cared.
But his psychic powers broke through the barriers of space and time, sending him to another world: Jump City.
With help from Jump City's biggest villains, the TTG crew, he did his best to get by for three years and earned the title of Honorary Citizen for Best Comedy Dimension.
Later, Bethlen returned to his body back home in Gotham, where he'd kicked the bucket, bringing along a System named Brian.
He could bring himself back to life by accumulating points.
His hometown of Gotham was still as mentally unstable as ever.
Bethlen was also a little mentally unstable after kicking the bucket.
The System was a secret identity management system.
Its function was to let the Host create secret identities, while the System helped deploy, retrieve, and manage them.
Bethlen created secret identities by recalling what the residents of Jump City looked like and drawing them by hand.
The cartoon characters he drew could become another version of himself.
The only problem was that Bethlen could only draw comedic characters for his secret identities.
But both Bethlen and the System agreed that this wasn't really a problem.
The System said that if he could make an unforgettable impression on the important figures in 108 worlds, the Host would be able to achieve a complete new life.
Bethlen put on his Tom and Jerry secret identity, and his gaze gradually cleared.
The important figures in these worlds were all superheroes or supervillains, weren't they?
First, he decided to force his way into their groups.
And then--
Bethlen: Explain? Explain what? I'll just randomly pick a superhero or supervillain and put on a show--[How can you play without nerfing Tom and Jerry?.JPG]
System: ...Well, I suppose I could give the Host a background music card, too.
Bethlen: Ding, background music card!
The next day, rats were causing a commotion at Arkham. The director encountered a cat at the entrance, there to apply for a job.
A few hours later, Batman saw the Bat-Signal flashing in broad daylight.
On television, a live broadcast showed an upright blue cat chasing an upright mouse around Arkham Asylum.
As they chased each other back and forth, they threw plates, climbed ladders, tossed firecrackers, and the cat was beaten into all sorts of shapes by the mouse. The cat pulled all kinds of siege weapons out of thin air, blew up walls, got its thumb crushed by the mouse, and screamed!!!
The fragile buildings of Arkham were just about to be leveled by the cat-and-mouse battle.
Neither mutant biology, biotechnology, nor magic could explain what was happening. And all of it came with an orchestral soundtrack.
Amid the "dun-dun-dun" and "clang-clang-clang," everyone present couldn't help imagining things.
It was like they had passed through a dimensional gateway and witnessed a realm beyond the comprehension of a sane mind.
Batman: ...
This was practically a blockbuster.

Later, Bethlen came up with all sorts of reasons to create secret identities and join various groups, all in pursuit of a "good impression" on the important figures of each world.
Among other things, he became:
Bugs Bunny, who dug his way into the Justice League;
Tom Cat, an unlucky blue cat who applied to Arkham and the Avengers so he could catch Jerry;
The Naked Gun, who went undercover at LexCorp and was investigating a major Superman gene-smuggling case;
The Big Mouth, who ate everything, including a Hydra base;
The TTG bully squad from Jump City, a force they had no intention of using, yet somehow still kicked Apokolips and punched Trigon. Even the Batman Who Laughs said he was no match for them...
Later, the supervillains and superheroes gathered together to complain about the embarrassing members of each other's organizations.
Later still, Bethlen's two dummy organizations were exposed.
He received over a hundred complaint letters overnight. The superheroes and supervillains he'd tormented made a chart and denounced him as the strangest one of them all.

Note:
The protagonist has two dummy organizations for storing secret identities. One houses Tom Cat, the other Jerry Mouse; one houses Wile E. Coyote, the other the Road Runner... So naturally, the protagonist ends up fighting himself and creating a tangled web of love and hate.
The protagonist's main approach is to join superhero groups and embarrass them, then join supervillain groups and dismantle them.
Also, the name "Bethlen" comes from Europe's first mental hospital.
The protagonist is a white-haired, Chinese-descended beauty with a snake-like figure, but his surname is Bei.
Theme: Comedic characters are invincible.
