Teyvat Rescue Mission

Xiao is here as a New Year’s gift! Su Chen can’t wait to launch the game. He does a ten-pull, then skips straight to the top-right corner without even looking, as a hopelessly unlucky player. Could it really be five five-stars in one ten-pull?!

Su Chen, who always has to hit hard pity on every featured banner, stares in shock.

Can someone really pull five five-stars at once?

The next second, Su Chen faints from excitement.

His roommates panic and call their counselor, who lets out a piercing shriek in the office.

But Su Chen’s consciousness, after he passes out, has already arrived in Teyvat…

After a long stretch of keeping his head down and building up his strength,

he gains the ability to travel through time, and can even help the Yaksha clear their karmic debt by building up friendship?

Then his next goal is to prevent 5-4. A hero’s story shouldn’t end like this.

After completing the goal

“What are you thinking about?”

Su Chen looks at Xiao, then Zhongli, and finally the four Yaksha he brought back.

“I was thinking…” Su Chen folds his arms. “If you want to thank me, make me a meal.”

Xiao, who can’t cook: …

Zhongli, who can’t cook: …

The four Yaksha, who can’t cook: …

Notes:

Comes with a System, cheat abilities, and an account inventory.

Written out of love for the Anemo boys, with lots of personal headcanon. I mostly tapped through the story, probably about as much as when I go collect Primogems from Katheryne, so details may be off. Don’t take it too seriously.

Don’t flame me over OOC!!!

Theme: Follow your heart and make up for the game’s regrets.
