Chen Mo was lucky. Before the world was completely destroyed by the zombie hordes, she transmigrated to the interstellar age and became a frontline exploration officer in the "Dawn Project."

In the interstellar age, everything in the universe could be used as a resource.

To carry on the historic mission of humanity's ark, the United Earth Government joined forces with top research institutions to launch the Dawn Project, using a game called "Morning Star of Deep Space" to explore the fate of humanity's future.

She thought this was a new beginning. The interstellar age was a vast blue ocean, full of opportunities to climb higher.

But things didn't seem so simple.

In the drifting interstellar "Eden," people struggled to survive, while those in power reveled beneath the vast starry sky.

Conglomerates controlled the economic lifelines, the United Government had become a puppet, and hawks and doves faced off against each other. In this livestreamed game billed as "saving the future of humanity," everyone had become a slave to desire.

The starship Navigator, lost in an eternal night; the mysterious explosion at the Intelligent Machinery Research Lab; the forbidden zone in the Alliance's interstellar network, sealed forever...

Espers, modified humans, intelligent machine legions, digital life forms...

The Exploration Association, charging ahead with rousing fanfare; the Law Enforcement Alliance, monitoring everything in secret...

Beneath the steel tide, evil was quietly taking root.

Fresh off her arrival, Chen Mo thought she was a little unlucky, but it wasn't a big problem. At least this was better than the end of the world, and staying alive shouldn't be difficult.

Now, the first thing she had to do was complete the barren planet exploration mission according to the task briefing.
