[Coming soon, stay tuned~]
When Xu Yi left all those years ago, his parting words, “Let's never meet again,” were delivered with breezy finality. He never expected to run into him again four years later, only to find that the musician had all but vanished from the scene, living in such poverty that he would have to sleep under a bridge if he couldn't pay rent.
Meanwhile, the rich young master who had once been a disheveled street urchin had put on a suit and transformed into a celebrated business upstart among the upper classes.
No wonder people say, “We can never fully share one another's joy and sorrow.” Looking at Xu Yi himself, he used to be a no-account punk from the lower city. Four years away, and he came back still slacking off...
Unwilling to be publicly humiliated by such a huge contrast, Xu Yi packed his things and prepared to run. But just as he was about to step outside, someone called out to him from behind
Sheng Qian, surrounded by admirers at the center of the crowd, parted the throng and strode forward, tall and brimming with confidence. His eyes were filled with an obsession and cruelty Xu Yi couldn't understand as he stared at him and smiled inscrutably:
“Long time no see. You haven't changed a bit. Still look like a pathetic stray dog.”
Word was that this man had spent the past few days ruthlessly eliminating everyone who had once offended or betrayed him. Now that Xu Yi had walked right into his hands, there was probably no getting away.
Xu Yi watched in near despair as those hands reached toward him and, without a word, opened his loose collar. The old scar on his collarbone, no bigger than a fingernail, was exposed to the air.
“Tsk. I was too softhearted back then. Now that you're in my hands...”
Sheng Qian casually let go of his collar. His face was cruel in a way that ran counter to his usual image, and his gaze swept over Xu Yi, revealing a menace he could no longer hide:
“I have a thousand ways to make you cry.”
But the person being threatened was completely unafraid. When he looked back, his raised brows and eyes still held the same rebellious defiance as before.
“If I remember correctly, Mr. Sheng was the one who cried back then.”
No one knew how the scar on Sheng Qian's right index finger had gotten there. Only Sheng Qian remembered Xu Yi's reddened eyes when he got that wound, his gaze glistening with tears as he fought them back and glared at him fiercely...
And on his slender, delicate collarbone, a bloody bite mark had been left behind.
A dog-like top who thinks he's been abandoned and has shut his heart x a down-and-out beauty bottom with impure motives, tough on the outside and timid within
