I was born into a family full of athletic champions, and I've always wondered if I was adopted.
After all, my own older brother was already nicknamed one of the track world's twin stars back in middle school. My maternal uncle won the men's singles figure skating world championship five times in a row. And my cousin, living overseas, supposedly became the second Sword Emperor despite having only one good hand.
Me: tennis balls to the head, volleyballs to the face, basketballs to the feet, crashing every time I skateboard, falling after ten minutes of running, and arrows that land in someone else's target every single time...
I'm a genuine, no-nonsense good-for-nothing at sports. I really don't fit in with this family at all!
Just as I was preparing myself to confront my parents and say, "I already know everything, so you don't have to hide it anymore," my elementary school desk mate suddenly called to invite me to watch his basketball game.
To support my friend's love of sports, and to enjoy the last bit of calm before the storm, I agreed.
Then I watched as an actual blue arc of light appeared in my friend's teammate's eyes.
W-wait! Can someone explain? Is basketball really a sport where sparks fly and lightning flashes all the way through?
Confused, shocked, and bewildered, I left the venue to calm down before getting a mental health evaluation, only to see the tennis match next door had already gone into another dimension...
...Huh?
I really must be crazy.

That shock was nothing compared to what I felt when I ran into a little fox carrying a sword in its mouth on my way back. The sword turned into a person and asked if I wanted to join the Time Government and help them protect the world.
Squatting down, I took the appointment letter from the little fox and asked solemnly, "Are we protecting sports history?"
When the little fox confirmed it, I breathed a sigh of relief.
So the things I just saw happened because sports history had been altered, right?
"Huh? Master, do you mean those things you saw? No, those are completely normal. We only make sure the competitions are fair and just." After hearing my relief, the sword spirit who had chosen me as their master suddenly said something terrifying.
Me: ...
"I'm putting this job on hold. I'm going to see a psychiatrist first."

Bad news: Humanity evolved without me.
Good news: I really am my parents' biological child!
A few things to know before reading:
1. Everyone is friends. There's no main plot, just everyday life and a big mix of things. It may include sports series about tennis, soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming, skateboarding, track, archery, cycling, and more, along with various slice-of-life series.
2. The sword spirits only take care of the effects of the Time Retrograde Army. During competitions, everyone has normal human athletic abilities, and they won't interfere with fairness or rankings in official matches. Why include them? Because I want to see them make their grand debut in modern society (shouting emphatically).
3. In short, this is a lighthearted comedy with no particular agenda. Updates whenever I feel like it. Hope you all have a wonderful time in advance! w
