He looked up with a kindly smile. "How about until the day I remember?"

"How about you, you idiot!" Song Yu yelled as she beat him up. "Who do you think you're bargaining with?"

The zombies erupted, the dynasty collapsed, and the people were left homeless.

Song Yu raised a banner, offering the survivors a glimmer of hope.

But he was dying.

As he lay dying, he asked Song Yu, "Why did you come?"

Song Yu wiped away her tears. "What do you think?"

"Go back."

"I can't go back."

Her final leap through time and space meant there would be no return.

"Was it worth it?"

"Yes."
