The Boss Opens a Branch in Another World
Mori Taro is a middle-aged quack doctor who loves dressing up Alice.
Mori Ogai is a Boss who loves Yokohama and power.
Unfortunately, one day, he starts transmigrating to another world whenever he opens a door.
Fortunately, once he meets certain conditions, he can open a passage between the Port Mafia and the other world whenever he likes, sending or recalling Port Mafia personnel without limit.
"I really am not that greedy. It's just that people in the other world are so enthusiastic, and it'd be a shame to let such great profits slip away. I can't very well refuse to take them," Mori Ogai remarked.
Alice mercilessly called him out: "You were so excited you couldn't sleep all night, and you still say you're not greedy? Taro, you're such a hypocrite!"

Mori Ogai: Chuuya, I called you here because I've got a job for you in another world.
Nakahara Chuuya: Understood. I'll go to the other wor
Nakahara Chuuya: ...Boss, could you say that again? I don't think I heard you right.
Mori Ogai: You heard me, Chuuya. I really did say another world.
Mori Ogai: Another world that's about to bring us enormous profits.
Nakahara Chuuya: ...Huh?!

No CP. Mori Ogai has a faint hint of narcissism, but nowhere near enough to make him self-obsessed or to pair him with Alice. I can't picture him with a love interest.
Beast timeline, Mori is the Boss. Alice is an adult.
Dazai Osamu does not become the Boss or defect. The enormous economic benefits brought by the other world bind him to Mori Ogai, leaving Dazai without the prerequisites to take over. Meanwhile, Mori Ogai needs Dazai's schemes to develop the other world. Bringing Dazai on board increases the profits, and Dazai's sphere of influence grows enough to ensure a future where Oda Sakunosuke survives.
This will be a very trashy story, extremely trashy. A story written by someone who's not in the best state of mind.
A few additions.
