Mischievous and quirky x sly and cunning
When Lin Yunnan is disguised as a man, she happens to save a young man at the Full Moon House.
When he’s alone in the world with no one to rely on, she takes him in.
At first, she thinks he’s gentle and obedient, so she can’t help teasing him. She laughs when his little face turns red.
Unexpectedly, the young man says he likes men.
Only later does she learn that he is Luo Shiqing, the sixth prince of the current dynasty.
He even seems intent on keeping her locked up at his side.
Just then, chaos erupts in the imperial capital, and Luo Shiqing is sent to the border to fight a battle he’s bound to lose.
She packs her luggage and servants in the middle of the night, smashes the peach blossom wine he sends her, humiliates him, and leaves without looking back.
He says, “Lin Yunnan, when we meet again, even if you’re a man, I’ll keep you trapped at my side.”
Years later, they meet again.
She’s abducted into the palace in the middle of the night.
Luo Shiqing’s eyes are wild with arrogance as his gaze lingers on her.
“Your Highness, the Medicine King, long time no see.”
