[Mom x Mommy Version]

She sat on the edge of the bed, pressing the toe of her shoe against Song Wuyun's shoulder to keep her from touching her. With a cold expression, she said, "You know best whose body your hands have touched, and whose body you've been inside."

Song Wuyun trembled slightly, then took hold of her ankle, letting her rest her foot fully on her shoulder.

The joy of getting back what she'd lost threatened to overwhelm her. She gazed at Li Ningjun, entranced.

"I've always belonged to you alone."

From beginning to end, that has never changed.

[The Daughter's Story]

Seven years ago, just after turning eighteen, Li Sangyue was swept up in the fever of her heat and stumbled into an embrace filled with a delicate floral fragrance.

That night, their pheromones mingled in a scorching, hazy tangle. All she remembered was the other person's pale, bony hand and the words, "Give yourself to me," as lovely as the sound of a zither. When she awoke, the room was empty, and pain throbbed from the gland at the back of her neck.

She didn't know who had marked her, so she threw on her clothes and fled in a panic from the room, where the special floral scent still lingered.

The confused memories of that night became a past she didn't dare look into.
