I Can't Escape After Being Caught by a Black Snake

At first, Ying Zhuo only notices a rustling sound in the bushes outside his home.

He assumes a stray cat or dog has passed by and thinks nothing of it.

Then one day, he unexpectedly comes across a man in the bushes who claims to be homeless.

The man gazes at him with almost pitiful eyes. “I’m so cold. Please help me.”

-

To Ying Zhuo, Yan Zhan, whom he takes home, is gentle and considerate. Yan Zhan is a graduate student at a nearby university, accomplished in his studies. Whenever he comes home, he makes Ying Zhuo a full meal, and in the morning he brews him a cup of hot coffee.

Ying Zhuo slowly realizes he’s falling for him. Before he can confess, Yan Zhan kisses the corner of his lips.

Soon, the two begin dating.

Ying Zhuo gradually loses himself in the relationship. He never understands why his lover’s body temperature fluctuates so strangely, or how he knows so much about Ying Zhuo’s whereabouts at every moment of every day.

-

One winter, Yan Zhan grows curious about a small fire burning deep in the forest.

Unable to resist, he approaches it and discovers a stunningly beautiful human boy who has come to the forest. The boy lives in a cramped cave and is making a fire to keep warm.

The boy is afraid of him, yet still offers him food and lets him warm himself beside the fire.

That night, while the boy sleeps, Yan Zhan quietly coils his body around the boy’s waist.

So human bodies are this warm.

For the first time, he wants something so badly.

-

Later, Ying Zhuo notices people around him looking at him with fear, especially those who once pursued him.

Rumor has it that a black shadow with terrifying fangs sometimes appears behind him.

To uncover the shadow’s true identity, Ying Zhuo spends most of his time at the research institute.

Just as he is about to leave home, he feels something cold slowly wrap around his body from behind.

“Are you still going to hide from me?” Yan Zhan licks Ying Zhuo’s neck. “Be good. Come back.”

*Tips.

*Some scene descriptions may be uncomfortable, so I thought about it and added a horror tag.

*The gong has little in the way of a moral compass and probably won’t do anything good.
