As the Lingxiao Sect's chief disciple, Yu Qu is supremely talented, handsome and graceful, intelligent and composed. He's the idol and object of affection of the other disciples, and a promising young talent in the eyes of the senior cultivators.
But Yu Qu has three secrets.
First: He harbors an illicit crush on his own master.
Second: He's not composed at all. He's a lunatic who only acts composed, and in reality his crush on his master has driven him to madness.
Third: He has an infinite save-and-reload System that lets him save at any point and then reload.
Put these three secrets together, and you get this:
His master glances at some grass by the roadside. Yu Qu saves, then throws himself on the ground and goes berserk, yanking out the grass as his master watches in astonishment. "Damn grass, how dare you steal Master's attention? Hahahaha, how ridiculous! Some pathetic weed thinks it can compete with me for Master's affection! Oh! This wretched world, this wretched grass! Why does grass even exist in this world?!"
Feeling refreshed, he reloads. Yu Qu smiles, calm and obedient. "Master, isn't this immortal herb beautiful?"
His master touches his own face. Yu Qu saves, then lets out an excited goose honk as his master looks on in shock. "Eeeee! Master touched my face! Eeeee! I'm spinning and leaping and embracing the earth! I'm never washing my face again! Eeeee! Never, ever washing it again!"
Feeling refreshed, he reloads. Yu Qu obediently raises his sword. "Master, is my stance correct?"
His master receives a scented sachet from an admirer. Yu Qu saves, then clutches his cheeks and shrieks in front of everyone, who stare in utter shock. "You! Are! Not! Taking! Master! From! Me! Aaaaaah!" He snatches the sachet and steps on it, bites it, tears it, chops it up, and burns it, then clings to his master's leg and bawls. "You heartless lover! You get to have fun out there with all your admirers, while you leave your poor, lonely disciple behind! Aaaaaah! I hate you! I hate you so much!"
Feeling refreshed, he reloads. Yu Qu smiles, his eyes curving. "Master is so otherworldly, of course he has many admirers."

Xianzun Xie Zhezhu of Qingyu is aloof and distant, as pristine as snow atop a mountain. He has a secret too:
His disciple's reloads don't affect him. He clearly remembers every one of his disciple's seemingly deranged antics.
He's quite curious about where his disciple's ability to reload comes from, but knows better than to ask. His disciple already looks mentally unstable, and would surely fall apart if questioned.
So even though he has seen his seemingly obedient disciple secretly compete with grass for his favor, honk like a goose and roll around, fight to the death with a scented sachet, and wipe tears all over his pants, he keeps a straight face.
But his disciple is growing bolder by the day.
At first, he only went berserk over grass and dogs by the roadside. Now he's starting to make a move on his master.
Watching his disciple lie on his bed, loosening his clothes and muttering, "Your humble concubine has come to serve you for the night," Xie Zhezhu's throat bobbed. "Stop fooling around."
Then he leaned over and got into bed.
A disciple who goes berserk when his master doesn't look at him, paired with a master who sees through everything but keeps quiet and protects his disciple's dignity.
