Blurb:

Before the battle against the Heavenly Principles, the seven nations finally formed an alliance. The cavalry captain, now acting as the Crown Prince of Khaenri'ah, commanded the Abyss and watched the twins ascend to Celestia to face the Seven Archons and the Heavenly Principles.

But the shockwaves of the battle tore open space, threatening the seven nations below. To save Klee, who was about to be swept away by a spatial rift, he himself fell into a vortex-like dark passage.

When he awoke, he was already in another world. With no other choice, he had to search for a way home.

Check out my new story: Hiroyuki Morofushi Wants His Moment in the Spotlight

A shot on the rooftop shattered Officer Morofushi's heart. He closed his eyes, thinking he would reunite with the people he had lost.

But when he opened his eyes, he found himself in a completely white space.

There was nothing around him. The only thing on the desk in front of him was a brand-new phone. He picked it up without thinking and immediately recognized it as the one he had used while undercover.

I should have destroyed it already.

Frowning, he entered the password and unlocked the phone. Apart from the apps that came with it, there was only one extra app, called High-Dimensional Observation.

He opened it.

There was nothing inside except a manga on the home screen.

With nothing else to do, he sat cross-legged on the floor and began reading.

He had initially planned to pass the time while waiting for whoever was behind this to show up, but the moment he saw Gin, his expression turned serious.

In the pure white space, there was no way to tell day from night. He couldn't feel time passing or know how long he had been there. Only after reading everything did he exit the manga, his face tense.

A pop-up appeared in the app.

It said that fate could no longer be changed. But the app would send him back to the past. The events around him would be recorded, drawn into a manga, and uploaded to a higher-dimensional world. If he could become a popular character with the audience, he could use the faith he earned to turn everything around.

He could even bring the dead back to life.

This was a gift from a higher-dimensional world.

Officer Morofushi lowered his eyes and signed the contract without hesitation.

What did he have that anyone would want to covet? Besides, this place already made everything clear.

The moment he wrote his name, he returned to the autumn before he passed the civil service examination.

He would bring all his friends back safe and sound. And to do that, first...

He needed a little manga-worthy spotlight.
