My Lover Is a Dangerous Thing

Chen Chi is an overworked corporate drone who wears black-rimmed glasses all day and looks a little dull.

On his way home from work, someone suddenly stops him and tells him that this world is fake.

The cat he petted by the roadside yesterday is fake. The boss who just chewed him out is fake. Even his wife, who cooks him delicious meals every day and is soft and sweet, is fake!

And he himself is an unawakened, super-S-class dangerous entity!

What kind of joke is this?

Chen Chi thinks the man is crazy and steps around him.

But in the next instant, the man bursts apart right before his eyes, splattering warm blood and flesh across his face.

Terrified by the sight, he dazedly wipes the blood from his face, certain that he hasn't woken up yet and is still dreaming!

He has to hurry home and get his wife to comfort him.

Xie Yanzhou is a top-tier operative, beautiful and ruthlessly decisive.

This is the most unusual of his many assignments. Instead of dealing with a dangerous entity, he has to put away his knife, wash his hands, and become someone's partner.

The organization's orders: infiltrate the dangerous entity's life, and kill him immediately if he awakens.

He never imagined that Chen Chi, such an honest man, could be a dangerous entity.

Every day, his job is to deal with his target, then go home to wash up and cook for him, playing the part of a good partner.

Suddenly, he notices that Chen Chi is unusually clingy today, pressing close before dinner is even ready.

He kisses him mechanically and coaxes him into finishing a bowl of indescribable porridge.

Night falls, and nothing happens.

Before they get intimate, he turns off the surveillance out of habit.

Xie Yanzhou only thinks that the man is unusually energetic tonight, not stopping until he's utterly exhausted.

As long as he doesn't awaken, Xie Yanzhou is very satisfied with Chen Chi as a partner.

What he doesn't know is that after he falls asleep, tentacles hidden in the darkness silently creep toward him, whispering without a sound.

He smells so good...

I want to gobble him up...

Chen Chi coldly drives away the annoying tentacles, then possessively hugs his beloved close and gazes at his sleeping face with a satisfied smile.

How could his adorable wife be fake?
