The Retired Movie Emperor

Older retired movie star gong x scheming, puppy-like fangirl shou.

A warm, sweet little story.

Xi Miao had been acting for many years and had won so many awards he was practically drowning in them. After achieving fame and success, he decided to retire.

He bought a small island and began living his ideal life, fishing for three days and then lazing around for two.

At some point, a young man showed up on the island, said he liked him, and announced that he wanted to pursue him. How could that possibly work? Xi Miao was already getting on in years. It wasn't appropriate, it wasn't appropriate at all.

The kid was young and didn't know any better, but Xi Miao couldn't do anything about it. The two of them could only keep dragging things out...

At last, one day, the kid left. Xi Miao felt relieved, but also couldn't help feeling that something was missing.

Then one day, a friend invited him to act in a film. To return the favor, Xi Miao had no choice but to go. On the day of the press conference, he ran into that kid again.

The kid had changed a lot. He was taller and slimmer, and looked even more beautiful.

But the look in his eyes when he gazed at Xi Miao hadn't changed at all: brilliant and passionate.
