I Miss You More Than Yesterday

[An early, rough draft. Not recommended.]

*Scheming, patient little-sister-obsessed man × rebellious good-girl artist

*Chance encounter turns into a sibling relationship | Age gap | Size difference | Reunion after a long separation

[Blurb]

To put on an art exhibition, Xia Tangyue, an art museum director, traveled to a small town and booked a room at a local guesthouse. One popular review said, "The owner is so handsome, female guests deliberately break the water heater just to see him."

Xia Tangyue thought that was an exaggeration.

But when she stood in the pouring rain, watching Wen Zheng's Adam's apple move, she somehow understood how those tourists felt.

His sharply defined profile stood out in the rain. His black T-shirt clung to his body, soaked through, outlining his lean, muscular physique and giving him a wild, untamed air. Yet his features were exceptionally handsome, his gaze lazy but intent when he looked at someone. The contradictions made one's heart skip a beat.

Her best friend said that when you met a top-tier catch like this, you should make your move right away. You wouldn't get another chance once you missed out.

So, on a certain evening at the beach, Xia Tangyue gathered her courage and said, "I've actually been keeping an eye on you for a while. Would you be my boyfriend?"

Wen Zheng was stunned. A moment later, a sly glint appeared in his dark eyes, and he chuckled.

"Don't you remember me? I'm your cousin."

???

Ah, a chance encounter turns into a sibling relationship? So much for a sweet romance. Now it's an adoptive-sibling taboo romance?!

[Little notes]

1. Both leads are virgins, happy ending, one-on-one romance, older man, six-year age gap.

2. They are pseudo cousins in an illicit romance. The leads are not blood relatives or related by marriage, and they aren't registered in the same household.

3. The male lead is a sister-obsessed man, a little sister's man who is Daddy, brother, and husband all in one.

[Important]

a: The heroine is an art museum director and curator.

b: The hero has several roles in the story, which won't be revealed in the blurb.

c: The painting-related details in the story are fictional.
