Author: Please bear with me for uploading this halfway through writing it~ haha

This is an obsessive-love story. It begins with Jiang Yan being released after five years, only to be captured again.

If you don’t understand, read on~ There will be flashbacks and a childhood arc. The author might...? If enough people read it, there’ll be a He Nian arc.

When Jiang Yan was eight, she witnessed the identity of the culprit behind a shocking murder case in Z City.

But right before her eyes, the culprit was cleared of all charges as a victim.

No matter how she explained the truth she had seen, everyone thought it was just the naive, childish talk of an eight-year-old.

And Jiang Yan had no evidence to disprove it, so the culprit got away without leaving a trace.

She had finally put the memory behind her, but a week later, it became a nightmare.

Jiang Yan’s parents had gone abroad for work when she was very young. From elementary school through high school, she walked home alone, followed by a pair of red eyes.

Could the culprit have been taking revenge on her?

Jiang Yan thought of countless ways to escape.

Whether she chose to live at school in high school or went to a university far away, that person always found her!

Jiang Yan considered calling the police, but she had never seen the person’s face, and that person had never done anything to her. Reporting them for sexual harassment? It probably wouldn’t work.

The owner of those red eyes appeared in person during her high school years.

But Jiang Yan was too foolish to realize it, and mistook her for a senior who was pursuing and admiring her.

The nightmare of captivity began.

She escaped for five years and was free for five years.

To truly get away from He Nian, Jiang Yan went to M City and became the most popular member of a girl group. It was the happiest time she had spent in M City. With the city’s powerful boss backing her, He Nian didn’t dare do anything.

But she was wrong.

He Nian had appeared again.
