The Beautiful Ex-Wife in a Period Novel

Don't buy this. I'm preparing to remove it from paid access. I've kept abandoning updates, and even with all the shamelessness in the world, I can't bring myself to continue. If I can settle down after removing it from paid access, I'll finish the story. In short, don't spend money on it. I will remove it from paid access. I'm sorry, everyone. I'm truly sorry.

Blurb: Qingyun Farm is expanding, doubling in size to the south.

The newly developed farm was named Baiyun Farm. It was to house a large number of educated youth, workers, and... prisoners sent for reform through labor.

One day, the cadres appointed by the authorities arrived to take up their posts at Baiyun Farm.

Several canvas-topped jeeps pulled to a stop. Captain Wu, who had led the group that opened up the land and built the farm, immediately went to greet them with several educated youths. Behind them, a number of prisoners on reform through labor craned their necks and stood on tiptoe to peer into the vehicles.

The first official to get out was He Youhuan, formerly a deputy division chief at the provincial prison administration bureau. He had now been transferred to Baiyun Farm as its director.

The new director, He Youhuan, had brought his family along to take up his post: his three-year-old son.

What the farm staff found strange was that the three-year-old daughter of one of the farm's prisoners looked exactly like the new director's son.
