One night, Bai Jingxiao was on a voice call with Lu Shu. Lately, their conversations had gradually shifted toward a certain top student in the broadcasting department.

As Bai Jingxiao told her story, she left the usually quiet and composed Lu Shu so shocked that she gasped "Holy crap" several times. Just as it was almost time for the dormitory lights to go out, she heard the exaggerated sob of her best friend through her headphones:

"Xiaobai, I'm about to lose you."

▪ A little sweet romance, written for practice. The heroine, Bai Jingxiao, and Lu Shu are best friends.
