Chu Qi is suddenly transported into an endless survival game, where she meets her college classmates in one of the stages.
Terrifying stages that shatter the barriers between dimensions, bizarre and fantastical scenery, and the end of their once peaceful lives.
A group of cannon fodder who were hated by everyone somehow become top-tier stars after a series of reckless stunts?
Chu Qi carries a deck of tarot cards, never expecting the cards to be a supernatural ability.
Facing the monster at the gambling table, Chu Qi eagerly says, "This is right up my alley. Let me handle it."
She sits down at the poker table, smiles faintly at the monster, and pinches a card between her fingertips. "Want to play with me?"
[Right up her alley, a beauty dealing cards? Does she really have to put on a show at a time like this?]
[If I hadn't seen her lose three rounds in a row, I might actually believe her.]
[The only reason the streamer is still alive is the luck from her ability.]
Yu Huai'an tears through the stages like a wrecking ball. Seeing the comments, she rips another arm off an NPC and uses it as a stand, then casually asks, "What luck?"
[I'd forgotten her luck stat is zero...]
[Why does this move look so familiar? I can't remember.]
Everyone mocks them, yet one by one they subscribe to the team's livestream. They say they don't care, but soon they're regulars in the chat.
[Another day watching a hilariously disastrous run~]
Until one day, they accidentally get caught up in a System bug. The truth behind the stages is revealed, along with memories long buried.
The "Good Fortune" team's livestream draws an enormous crowd, with players from across the server subscribing in droves.
[Hated by everyone? This is clearly the ancient myth I've been following!!!]
Chu Qi/Yu Huai'an: Huh, I accidentally became a badass.
Reader's Guide:
1. Two female leads, no romance. The ensemble cast all have their own growth arcs.
2. Some stages were inspired by dreams. I'm still patching the plot holes.
Theme: Don't give up in the darkness before dawn
Updated!!!
It only takes a little over a month to watch, so great!
Okay, I found a newly opened article
