Batman brought home another Batkid.
The little Batkid had white hair and blue eyes. She was quiet, socially anxious, and solitary, disliked talking to people, and spent every day curled up in her room reading and playing with birds. She also liked talking to her dolls as if they were real.
She seemed innocent and harmless, completely out of place in Gotham.
The Batfamily thought so too.
Until the Batkid's doll creaked as it turned its head, its tiny black-bean eyes gleaming with an eerie light;
Until the Batkid used mercury to draw magic circles all over the Batcave: I just wanted a magic workshop!
Until the Batkid crafted a silver bird familiar with her bare hands. “Resound through the freezing night, Song of the Angels!”
The Batfamily: We were so naive. Really.
Warnings:
1. You can enjoy this even if you haven't watched the animated series.
2. Yulia is the last Einzbern. Her mother is one of the homunculi created in the same batch as the Little Grail from the Fourth Holy Grail War.
3. The Fate timeline is set later on. Yulia is a prospective student of the El-Melloi Classroom. Yes, that El-Melloi (yay).
4. The heroine has a huge family backing her, and the entire El-Melloi Classroom dotes on her, but there aren't many scenes involving the classroom.
5. Any out-of-character writing is on me.
