Black Box [Infinite]

[Blurb]

A legend circulates through the Dial World: There is a mysterious organization in the game that can do anything players can imagine.

If you're willing to pay the price, the "Stars" will peer into fate and help you escape a deadly situation. Even if you want to clear a level through outrageous stunts or pursue thrills by courting death in every possible way, they'll grant your request as long as you can pay.

When Ren Jia woke from a deep slumber with no memory of his past, he discovered that he seemed to be the leader of this dubious, possibly fraudulent organization, known as the "Astrologer" and the "Prophet of Calamity."

A personal journal filled with unbelievable entries, a black box he never let out of his sight whose contents were unknown, a list of names of the dead left behind by the hollow shell of an organization, and a delicate little blonde beauty with tear-filled eyes begging for shelter...

Every clue pointed to one thing.

Yet Ren Jia had lost all the relevant memories.

But so what?

Faced with monsters that appeared in endless waves throughout the labyrinth and blood-soaked phantom dangers, he could still smile calmly, even with his memories gone.

He had his "black box."

Ever since he awoke, a presence had been whispering in his ear without pause, murmuring madness and obsession from the abyss. But Ren Jia knew it had something to do with "love."

As long as his death came at the hands of a shadow from the abyss of the Old Ones, that love, burning like lava and consuming the soul, would never end---

Not until the end of the world.

Even if he forgot everything, he was destined to rule this world.

The savior sacrificed every beautiful thing in his life, just to have one more look at his beloved in the new world.

"I love you more than death, more than anything else in this world. Even if my soul is annihilated and my body rots, I will love you forever, regardless of time or the fate written by the gods. You are the crystallization of my heart."

You are the only and greatest poem of my life---

I will sing of you forever, within the black box of fate.

Theme: Letting go of the past is also a new beginning.
