A strategist has arrived at the Fifth Prince's residence in Xirong.

They say this strategist is named Qian Xingdong. She was once just a wandering Daoist, but somehow, overnight, she climbed into the good graces of the royal family.

Some say Qian Xingdong makes her living through fraud and deception, and is vile, shameless, and utterly depraved. Her many misdeeds include, but are not limited to: burning down a hundred-year-old Daoist temple and looting all its valuables; abducting men and tricking them into swearing themselves to her; becoming an outlaw and invading cities under the banner of upholding justice...

Nobody thinks much of this strategist, whose crimes are legion, just as nobody thinks much of the indecisive Fifth Prince.

Above the Fifth Prince are the Crown Prince, whose power is at its peak; the Second Prince, famed for his virtue; and the Seventh Prince, backed by a powerful maternal clan. No matter how you look at it, the throne could never go to an unremarkable Fifth Prince...

What? The Fifth Prince has already won the succession struggle and ascended the throne?!

The mere merit of having helped the new emperor seize the throne clearly cannot satisfy Qian Xingdong's ambition. Ignoring the fact that the new emperor's rule has yet to take root, the following year she marshals a hundred thousand troops and points her blades straight at Nan Xu Beikang. She attacks Wuling, conquers Fufeng, and takes Leping, sweeping through the land like a force of nature and rising to fame.

Everyone who meets her for the first time is invariably astonished. At a glance, the woman in white looks cool and aloof, like a flower on a mountain peak, impossible to reach. She bears no resemblance to the rumors. In fact, she even seems to have the bearing of an immortal.

But once she opens her mouth, she's as depraved as they come, and as vulgar as can be.
