You opened a full-dive otome game. The game is set in an era where humans and demons coexist. The characters you can pursue may be human or demon, and there are plenty of hidden characters too. As an otome-game prodigy, you chose the Heian era from the start, becoming the Demon King's fiancée when he was still human. You planned to win him over early and warm his heart, so that once he became a demon, you could coast through life. Later, you discovered that the guy was such a jerk and so hard to win over that you got fed up and gave up trying, beating him up over and over instead. His affection meter filled up anyway. Did he come from McDonald's? You thought that maxing out his affection would guarantee a happy ending, but who would have guessed you'd get a domineering Demon King, an obsessive-love confinement ending... The Demon King was out of his mind, so you angrily started over. On your second playthrough, you chose the Sengoku-era route and planned to pursue the strongest human swordsman, the one person who had ever made the Demon King suffer a setback in his demon life. Then you got a double serving of the Tsugikuni twin brothers, complete with a love-triangle showdown. On your third playthrough, you unlocked the Taisho-era main route... On your fourth playthrough... Congratulations! You have unlocked the following achievements: 1. What should you do when the sickly husband you've bullied turns into the Demon King? 2. Feast on the Tsugikuni brothers in the Sengoku era. 3. Your hard-to-pursue senior, Giyu, is a block of wood. After you turn into a demon, you angrily lock him up in an obsessive-love ending. 4. You're the Demon Slayer Corps' sickly, beloved beauty, but your combat power is on the level of the Heavenly Restriction tyrant. 5. Order may change.] On your Nth playthrough, you continue wreaking havoc as a player, a Fourth Catastrophe, but the characters begin to remember the most unforgettable week from a previous playthrough. You max out all your stats, then equip skill cards like [Infinity], [Breath of the Archangel], [Tsukuyomi], and more. Come on! We spent ages chatting about Demon Slayer, and she'd used some of these ideas in short stories a long time ago.
