The Pretty Fall Guy at the Elite Academy

Blurb:

Poor Lin Jiu transmigrates into a book after dying, becoming a cannon-fodder character who is on his last breath in a noble academy novel.

He is bound to a Cannon Fodder System and must bully the protagonist shou, serving as a foil and helping the protagonist shou develop a passionate relationship with several male leads.

For every bit of progress he makes, he gets to extend his life a little longer.

To stay alive, Lin Jiu diligently gets to work.

When the System first binds Lin Jiu, it is quite pleased with its Host. He is beautiful and has a strong will to survive, making him perfect as a vicious little beauty.

It takes a while for the System to finally realize why its Host is so short-lived:

He’s just too dumb and fragile!!

For example:

Lin Jiu gets lost while following his target, and the target ends up taking him home.

When he tries to play a prank at night, he gets scared by the dark first, then receives concern from the person he was supposed to prank.

When he tries to steal someone’s underwear, he hesitates for a second, gets caught red-handed, and is threatened in return.

The people he has “bullied” don’t hate him at all. Instead, they start to covet him.

At first, the System thinks: Is there still time to switch Hosts?

Later, the System thinks: You rotten men, let go of my Host!!

- A shameless, melodramatic love triangle

- Male leads x a not-so-bright but earnestly acting vicious (?) little beauty

- Mostly sweet. The shou is a pretty, naturally airheaded fool. Some of the male leads act tough, but they actually dote on and adore him.

- The shou is the original character. The male leads are all virgins. No romantic tension between the male leads, only a competitive harem showdown.

Theme: Cherish life.
