Marrying Late in the Prime of Life (In Preparation)

Bar singer bottom × narcotics detective top Keep your distance × uniformed bad boy Qing Chi × Cheng Yanyun The first time Qing Chi met Cheng Yanyun, he happened to be there when the anti-drug squad conducted a surprise inspection. After he fiercely resisted, they handcuffed him and forced him to take a urine test. The second time he met Cheng Yanyun was at a matchmaking corner in a café. He lowered his head and pretended not to know him, but Cheng Yanyun walked right over. “What a coincidence. Are you here looking for a partner too?” Later, Qing Chi got drunk and accidentally sent Cheng Yanyun his location. In a daze, he ended up in Cheng Yanyun’s car. Before getting out, Qing Chi couldn’t tear his eyes away from that impossibly cool face. With alcohol taking over, he blurted, “Captain Cheng, want to give it a try?” Cheng Yanyun tapped the steering wheel, not even turning his head. “No.” The drunken haze cleared, and Qing Chi left in a sorry state, only to find the car door locked. Then he heard Cheng Yanyun say, “Qing Chi, marry me.” 1. The top is two years older. Both are each other’s first and only. Happy ending. 2. Marriage first, love later. Theme: Someone is waiting for you.
