He's Just a Little Bit Sick

A domineering CEO with a compulsion for coercive romance x a psychologist. Gu Jinyan had a mental illness, so he went to see Chu Zhan, a well-known psychologist. Dr. Chu's specialty was couples' hypnosis, in which he entered the hypnotic world alongside his patient. Chu Zhan: Mr. Gu, tell me about your symptoms. Gu Jinyan: I often can't control myself. I want to lock people up in a dark room. Dr. Chu wrote in his case notes: The domineering CEO has developed a mental illness characterized by a desire for coercive romance. Case analysis: There's an eighty percent chance he's read too many novels. Supplementary treatment: Use hypnosis to uncover the cause. And so Dr. Chu began treating Gu Jinyan with hypnosis. But the CEO's hypnotic worlds were all over the place, and Dr. Chu suffered terribly. Hypnosis One: Chu Zhan woke up as the canary who had escaped from Gu Jinyan's grasp, and nearly had his legs broken when he was caught. Hypnosis Two: Chu Zhan opened his eyes to find himself lying in bed with Gu Jinyan, both of them shirtless. Hypnosis Three: Chu Zhan woke up and stared in shock, because Gu Jinyan was on top of him... Dr. Chu thought that if this kept up, not only would the CEO's illness remain untreated, but he'd end up going crazy himself. The title and blurb are a mess, just like me! To be revised! Reader's guide: Happy ending / melodrama / both are virgins / the hypnotic worlds make absolutely no sense This novel has a 60% advance reading lock. Next up: My Top-Tier Star Is Sleepwalking Again Li Zhou got a job as the assistant to Song Yulin, a temperamental top-tier star. Assistant = caretaker. To make it easier to look after Song Yulin, Li Zhou moved into his luxurious mansion. But that very night, Li Zhou discovered the star's big secret. 1: "Hey, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my, Song Yu-lin's, world tour concert!" Li Zhou stared dumbfounded at the handsome top-tier star on the second floor, wearing nothing but a pair of briefs. The top-tier star had sleepwalked! He quickly called Song Yulin's agent. "Brother Kai, what do I do? Yulin is sleepwalking!" "What's there to be nervous about? Just play along." Li Zhou hung up and waved his arms on the first floor. "Brother Yulin, you're amazing! I love you!!!" 2: N days later, Song Yulin sleepwalked again. "Little Zhou, have Consort Liu come serve me tonight." "As you command!" Li Zhou bowed, flicking his hands back and forth with smooth, practiced motions. He hurried to the storage room, grabbed a stuffed toy, and presented it to Song Yulin. Song Yulin waved him away. "You may leave. I'm going to be intimate with my beloved consort." With that, he pounced on the stuffed toy. 3: N months later. One night, Li Zhou was sleeping soundly when he suddenly felt someone jump onto his bed. He turned on the light and... He hurriedly called the agent. "I can't do this anymore, Brother Kai!" "What's wrong? Is Song Yulin sleepwalking again? Just play along, won't you?" Li Zhou wailed, "I really can't play along this time." "Why not?" Li Zhou screamed, "This time he thinks I'm a lioness!!!" In the light, Song Yulin crawled slowly toward him, his face contorted like a beast's. He gave a wicked grin. "Spring is here, and it's the season for animals to (bleep) each other." Theme: Get well, and let's build a good life together
