I Betrayed the Clan Leader

After my parents died, I was sold to the clan leader's family.

There were only two people in their household. The eighteen-year-old clan leader and his fourteen-year-old younger brother beat the so-called talented next generation of us so badly we couldn't find our way home, claiming it was training. After ten years of getting beaten, only me and Huo He were left. Even the clan leader's younger brother didn't live to see twenty-four.

At last, this brutal war was about to end. The clan leader said he wanted to build a village and bring true peace.

Having taken over the mess Uchiha Izuna left behind, I couldn't agree more. I threw myself into building the village, working diligently to secure a better future for the Uchiha clan and the rest of my life.

Then my clan leader said, "This world is imperfect. This isn't the kind of peace I want."

He invited me to join his grand plan to put the entire world under a dream.

I thought: After all these years, my clan leader has gone crazy after all.

So I betrayed Uchiha Madara.
