Rukawa Kaede neither confirmed nor denied it. For the sake of his future in the NBA, he chose to part ways with Sendoh.
And on the worst day of all, Risa's smile lit up Sendoh Akira's world.
She stayed by his side through his hardest days, always politely keeping the distance of a friend. Everyone could tell he felt differently about her, but when she realized how much she mattered to him, she ran far away.
He couldn't wait for her to figure it out in her own time.
I started this novel in middle school but never finished it. After visiting Kamakura in 2018, I got excited about it again and finally completed it. The writing and worldbuilding in the first half are a little weak. I've revised some parts and kept others in their youthful, immature state. I'm posting it just to preserve the memory, so please be understanding.
