That spring, after dyeing her hair back to black, Asagiri decided to become a model student, excelling in academics and good conduct.
Step one: She worked hard to improve her grades and eventually got into a decent high school.
Step two...
An online friend she was close to told her that model students needed to develop morally, intellectually, physically, and aesthetically. The top students at the friend's school, whom they had met, were student council presidents who not only got excellent grades but were also skilled at shogi and good at sports. They were people at the very top of the pyramid.
Asagiri thought this made perfect sense. She had never been good at sports, but she was going to become a model student!
After some thought, she decided to start with the usual sports: volleyball, tennis, and basketball.
So how could she improve quickly?
Answer: Learn from people who are good at it, of course.
Later, a handsome senior from her school looked at the girl in front of him as she smiled sweetly and said, “Can you teach me to play volleyball? If not, you'll be sorry.”
The charismatic student council president from a neighboring school was cornered by a neatly dressed girl from another school. She clutched her skirt and said, “There's something I'd like to ask you. Please teach me to play tennis, or I'll beat you up.”
A handsome boy from another school was stopped by a girl who appeared out of nowhere. She bowed her head shyly. “This may sound a little forward, but could you teach me to play basketball? Say no, and I'll beat you to a pulp.”
The athletic boys receiving these threats: ?!
A secretly delinquent high school girl who can't handle sports x handsome high school boys with maxed-out athletic stats
