An Endless Daily Showdown with My Black Lotus Boyfriend [Infinite]

[The blurb is temporarily the original one. It'll be replaced once I write a version I'm satisfied with.]

Qianle City's Xiaoji Middle School is renowned for its excellence, while also following the law of the jungle: the strong prey on the weak.

Student council president Liang Qingshu stands at the top of the school. Arrogant, calculating, and sharp-witted, he's a black lotus who can ruin someone's life while chatting and laughing.

On the first day Yu Shen transfers to Xiaoji, he is told that his campus is already on the brink of collapse because it lost to Liang Qingshu's subordinates.

Unless they send someone to play a thrilling wager game against Liang Qingshu, their entire campus is doomed.

The other students beg Yu Shen through their tears to help them.

Yu Shen's gaze slowly settles on Liang Qingshu, surrounded by a crowd. Dressed all in black, the other man is as elegant as a nobleman. Even the way he removes his gloves to drink tea is impeccably mannered, yet his eyes and brows are full of undisguised disdain and coldness.

Yu Shen agrees to take part in the wager.

He wants to see just how black this black lotus really is.

Cool-headed, rational, and in control top (Yu Shen) x elegant, villainous, tsundere bottom (Liang Qingshu)

A new version 2.0 of my same-couple story The Black Lotus Boyfriend. When I wrote version 1.0, my writing was still immature, and I didn't explain many things well, so I want to rewrite it. The original worldbuilding felt out of place in a school setting, so this time the new story will be an infinite-flow novel. Otherwise, not much will change (I'll flesh out their characterization and motivations a bit more). In short, just treat it as a new story, though old readers are welcome too (/w\)

Theme: If there is any miracle in the world, it must be doing your best to understand someone and sharing their joys and sorrows.
