Something's Off About My Childhood Friend

Heng Ye, the youngest son of the Heng family, had been the talk of the town for two things over the years. First, his bold, flamboyant personality. Second, the Alphas always gathered around him. As the cherished, free-spirited youngest son of the Heng family, Heng Ye was adored by his mother, pampered by his father, and doted on by his older brother. Even his dog would give him its canned beef. His childhood friend, Fu Jinxing, was a top Alpha: he entered Huada at fifteen and went straight into a PhD program at nineteen. He was stunningly handsome, came from an equally remarkable family, and was universally known as an untouchable beauty. The first time Heng Ye saw Fu Jinxing, with his fair skin, cute face, and chubby cheeks, he raised his little fist and told the other children, "Don't touch my Omega." Then five-year-old Heng Ye learned that Fu Jinxing was born an Alpha, and his heart shattered into pieces. Though Heng Ye came from a privileged family, he was a Beta. The Fu family would never agree to let them be together. Besides, Fu Jinxing didn't seem to feel that way about him. Heng Ye was troubled. Fu Jinxing wouldn't let him kiss or touch him. He only let Heng Ye poke him when he was drunk. Little did he know that his seemingly aloof and restrained childhood friend was watching him with his arm around someone else. The gold chain of Fu Jinxing's glasses was brushed behind his ear, and his eyes were as dark as ink. "Have I been too indulgent with you?" Fu Jinxing's thumb rubbed the tiny mole at the corner of Heng Ye's mouth. He wanted to take him apart, devour him, and meld him into his bones and blood until they were one. Heng Ye had always thought he liked a refined, aloof, delicate flower. He had no idea the guy was a total pervert!! [Reading Guide] 1. Dark-skinned uke. Please skip if that's not your thing!! 2.
