[Genshin Impact] Reincarnated as the Warden's Fiancée

Wriothesley CP, a short short story

"Run, run!! That young lady is here again!"

"Quick, go warn the warden!"

Your arrival sent a commotion through Meropide Fortress.

The guard running to sound the alarm skidded to a stop.

He closed his eyes heavily and thought, Good luck, Wriothesley.

You kicked open the door to Wriothesley's office. The man was lounging in a reclining chair, scanning documents. At the noise, he raised his eyes slightly.

His pale purple eyes narrowed sharply when he recognized you. Wriothesley hastily lowered the foot he had propped on the desk and instinctively tried to escape.

As if you would let him get away.

The dignified warden, held fast by you, was like a little wolf with its claws drawn in, weak, pitiful, and helpless.

"Wriothesley." You furrowed your brow. "Can't I have a kiss today?"

The man's wolf-ear-like hair shook violently.

His ears had already turned crimson.

Not long after, at the same time and place in Meropide Fortress, a girl's wail rang out.

"Aaaaaah! Wriothesley! I want a kiss so bad!!! I want to kiss you!!!"

"Let me kiss you, aaaaaah!!!"

(Twisting) (Crawling in the shadows) (Beating chest like a gorilla)...

You know how it goes. After all that outrageous behavior, the man usually just picks you up helplessly.

His lips twitched. "After we're married."

You immediately went wild, acting coy. "No, no, no! We're already engaged, so what's wrong with one kiss!!!"

Wriothesley: "..."

On the day you got married, you finally understood what Wriothesley meant by "After we're married."

Like a great wolf marking its territory, the man wrapped you round and round with his body and tail until you were covered in traces of him and his scent.

Only then did you realize. "Were you doing that on purpose?!"

He'd been deliberately luring you into his trap all along!

Wriothesley chuckled softly and kissed the corner of your lips.

Yes, it had all been part of his plan.
