The Cat Detective

Jiang Xiaoyu is an ordinary yet unusual officer at the investigation bureau. He’s ordinary because his grades are at the bottom of the class. He’s unusual because he’s a cat person. Fleece-like fur, big ears, emerald-green eyes, and a kirin tail! To earn enough to support the dozens of strays in his courtyard, he moonlights as a livestream mukbanger. A tragic past, and a deep-seated fear of being unable to fit into normal society. He pinched every penny and endured years of hardship. Then, in the summer of his twenty-second year, he finally met his biological father. Now he has a wealthy father, a grandfather in a position of power, and a grandmother who dotes on him. Those who once looked down on him no longer dare to bully him. One good thing after another comes his way, lifting him high. He becomes a carefree little cat, until a big tiger bundles him up and carries him off in its mouth to a nest overflowing with love. Theme: All living things have spirits. Love life.
