My ongoing novel, Fragrance of a Hundred Beauties, has an upcoming story, The Wet Nurse in the Prince's Residence. Please add it to your favorites!
One stormy night, Jiang Ruoheng traded souls with the powerful Prince Regent to save her father. Forced to become a man, she had to flatter people on all sides to keep herself alive.
The Empress Dowager bestowed two palace maids on the prince to warm his bed. Kindhearted Jiang Ruoheng couldn't bear to see them punished, and thought the Prince Regent was getting on in years, so she went out of her way to let them share his bed. The maids were overjoyed and were just about to climb in when a deafening pounding sounded at the door, accompanied by a cool, feminine voice: "Your Highness, you mustn't!"
At the palace banquet during the Mid-Autumn Festival, foreign envoys did their utmost to arrange a marriage between their princess and the Prince Regent. Jiang Ruoheng heard that the princess was peerless, a perfect match for His Highness, and was about to nod when a deep female voice whispered in her ear from behind: "Your Highness, you mustn't!"
While traveling with the emperor, they were ambushed. Jiang Ruoheng was so frightened she turned to run, but someone grabbed her by the collar. "Your Highness, you mustn't! You have to protect the emperor!"
At last, Jiang Ruoheng stopped being the prince and returned to her own body. Just as she was about to go home and never see him again, Yan Mingchen blocked the doorway and cornered her against the wall.
As the man bent down over her, about to kiss her, Jiang Ruoheng cried out in fright, "Your Highness, you mustn't!"
Jiang Ruoheng traded souls with the all-powerful Prince Regent to save her father. Forced to become a man, she had no choice but to ingratiate herself with everyone to protect herself.
She still couldn't save her father. She had been flirting with Yan Mingchen for so long that the man had fallen for her without even realizing it. But she had gotten close to him with ulterior motives, and the kinder he was to her, the more guilty she felt!
Knowing she was never truly a suitable match for him, she offered herself to him as payment after an unexpected incident. From then on, they were even, and each went their own way in peace!
She thought she could leave him behind and start a new life, only to discover that she was pregnant!
She could raise the child just fine on her own, but through a twist of fate, she ended up asking him for help with the child in her arms, trembling every day with fear that the man would discover the truth!
Yan Mingchen was the esteemed Prince Regent, yet after meeting Jiang Ruoheng, he developed a strange ailment he couldn't speak of to anyone. He felt pain when he saw her, and pain when he didn't!
[One couple, both each other's first and only love, happy ending]
[An imaginary setting, no need to nitpick]

Theme: Hold on to hope, and even in the direst straits, you can find a way through!
It was originally a very interesting plot, but the emotional line turned out to be so cliché... I thought that when I read the novel ten years ago, the male protagonist was unattractive. Why would such a loser need to be the male protagonist? It's so easy to write an interesting plot about soul swapping, but it's also awesome to write a vulgar plot about a misunderstanding.
The hero, the prince, is quite cowardly. The Queen Mother didn't dare to refuse after crying twice. She can't control her own subordinates and let outsiders break into her room at will.
Oh my god, why does the male protagonist go to a brothel?
Why does the male protagonist have an exclamation point after every sentence?
I've finished watching it. It's very good. Come on.
Come on, author! Throw flowers!!
There are typos and missing words. I hope the author will check them after finishing writing.
Pre-collection of "Spring in the Mountains", a farming story, the heroine unexpectedly marries a poor hunter who no one else likes to see, the couple works hard to live a beautiful and nourishing life, click the column to go directly, click to receive, I love you!
