Starting from a tiny village, Jiang Wan builds a city that grows bigger and bigger across the wasteland. She opens restaurants, shopping streets, and residential districts, and soon her city is famous throughout the wasteland.

Resources depleted? Mutated animals? Food shortages? Radiation pollution? The worst possible start?
