After Healing the Brooding Puppy, He Became My Lover

At his family's request, Wen Wen let the son of his parents' friends move into his home.

He expected the two of them to have a hard time getting along, but the guy was adorable in every way, and Wen Wen couldn't help feeding him again and again.

He thought he was just an ordinary, adorable younger guy, but it turned out that in private he was a celebrated novelist. His works, however, usually revolve around death and dwell on the ugliness of human nature.

It pained Wen Wen to read them, and the only thing he could do was pay even closer attention to the young man's mental well-being.

He checked in three times a day, morning, noon, and night; often cooked food to suit his taste; chatted and confided in him; and took him to amusement parks, scenic spots, zoos, aquariums, and all sorts of other places...

Gradually, Gu Yu stopped being distant toward Wen Wen and became warm and affectionate.

One day, Gu Yu asked Wen Wen to ride the Ferris wheel with him. At the very top, Gu Yu confessed: "Big brother, I like you."

Wen Wen froze.

Looking at Gu Yu's expectant, excited, and nervous eyes, Wen Wen suddenly had the strange impression that the stray dog he'd been feeding had latched onto him, insisting on coming home with him and becoming his dog.

After much hesitation, Wen Wen followed his heart, stepped forward, and stroked Gu Yu's soft hair. He smiled gently. "All right."

Gu Yu beamed, rushed up, and kissed Wen Wen passionately, French style.

Wen Wen again pictured an adorable dog, tail wagging so hard it might take flight, ears perked up, begging for cuddles, nuzzles, hugs, and kisses now that it knew it had an owner.

As they kissed, Wen Wen thought, "I picked up this dog, so I'll take responsibility for him."
