After Becoming a Fairy Godmother, the Male Leads All Turned Dark

There is a little monster beneath the sea. Kind and pure of heart, it was driven away by humans for its ugly appearance. Starving and alone, it has lived in seclusion under the sea for years, never taking human form.

Fairy Godmother System: Please help the male lead take human form.

Shan Xia: Easy. Feed him well, keep him happy, and he'll live forever!

So Shan Xia becomes a fisherman by the sea, with a shabby little boat and a fishing rod. He often sails around the coast, feeding every fish he catches to the little monster.

Thanks to Shan Xia's care, the little monster grows from having one tentacle to having three. It learns to befriend and help kind humans, becoming a monster everyone by the sea praises.

Until one day, Shan Xia is robbed and beaten in an alley, and loses a leg.

The little monster, which hasn't shown its full form in a long time, rises to the surface. Its body is enormous, and with one bite it could swallow the whole town.

Shan Xia: I'm amazing. I'm such a good caretaker!

Just as Shan Xia is celebrating, a young man in a black robe appears at the dock. Porcelain-white feet step across the planks one by one. Seawater streams from his soaked black robe, like a fish coming ashore, leaving a trail of viscous footprints.

His eyes, as red as a blood moon, look ready to drip blood. He pulls the lame Shan Xia into his arms and murmurs in a voice like the whispers of an ancient god: "Come home with me."

World Two:

Cheerful, fun-loving crown prince's study companion x gloomy, taciturn puppet crown prince

Shen Yun is the crown prince of an empire, but has no real power at all. His father is under the spell of a seductive consort, the chancellor has usurped the court's authority, and even the vast Crown Prince's residence is so oppressive it makes him sick.

Fairy Godmother System: Please do everything you can to make the male lead happy.

Shan Xia: Got it. I'll get rid of the evil consort, seize the throne, and raid that old chancellor's house!

After all three things are done, Shen Yun looks at Shan Xia with a complicated expression.

Shan Xia notices Shen Yun's strange look and simply assumes he can't stand him. So he claims to be ill and resigns from his post, then runs off before Shen Yun can agree.
