White Miaomiao, a pure-white lion cat who had lived for over a thousand years and ruled her territory, was accidentally struck by heavenly lightning when she tried to stop a Demon Lord from causing havoc during her friend's ascension. The lightning blasted her out of the cultivation world and into the modern world.
White Miaomiao woke up in an empty alley.
Good news: Her meticulously groomed fur hadn't been singed.
Bad news: She had turned into a human, a delicate young woman with no muscles at all.
The cat was furious. Absolutely furious.
"Hey, little girl, why are you all alone in this heavy rain?"
Footsteps drew closer. A malicious voice came from the dark alley, where rain was falling.
Weak as she was, White Miaomiao did her best to stand firm and raised her slender arms.
Left hook, right hook!
If one punch wasn't enough, then two!
Cats are full of vitality. Cats never give up.
As compensation from the Heavenly Dao, White Miaomiao still had all the superpowers a top-tier cat could possess, even in human form. These included, but were not limited to: heightened alertness, extraordinary night vision, running along walls and rooftops, the Meteor Cat Punch, the ability to turn into liquid, high-quality sleep whenever and wherever she wanted, making everyone love kittens, an unbeatable cat-grooming technique, and the ability to open any lock, among many others.
A number of White Miaomiao's underlings were also blasted into this world, but scattered in every direction.
The only ones with her were a weak little Gold-Devouring Beast
and a wild grass spirit who had only recently gained sentience.
Meanwhile, White Miaomiao learned from the Heavenly Dao System that the Demon Lord had also been blasted into this world, split into countless fragments of inner demons.
A story about a cat opening a Cat Worry-Relief House to solve all kinds of problems, big and small, while collecting the Demon Lord's inner-demon fragments and searching for her scattered underlings.
A little scene:
White Miaomiao looked at the scumbag in front of her, her hands itching. Letting him off like this would be far too easy on him.
She turned to the Heavenly Dao System beside her. "System, do I have enough merit points left?"
"You do, but after I alter his memories, all this effort will probably be for nothing... You might even end up owing merit points." The Heavenly Dao System tried to persuade her not to do it.
"That's fine. Find me a place without cameras."
As long as she could beat him up, that was all White Miaomiao cared about.
She nodded with satisfaction and smiled faintly at the Heavenly Dao System.
"Let's start with ten merit points' worth of beating him up."
After all that work, her merit balance was negative.
For the sake of justice and love, the cat still chose to throw punches.
(PS: White Miaomiao is a playful homophone of the lion cat Bai Miaomiao.
White Miaomiao: Pun alert! Deduct points! Deduct points!!)
