The age of disaster has arrived.
Scorching heat, extreme cold, acid rain, zombies, earthquakes, dense fog... One catastrophe after another strikes.
In her previous life, Jiang Xiaoxia had barely survived the scorching heat, extreme cold, and acid rain, only to lose her life when zombies breached her shelter.
In this life, she is reborn with an awakened spatial ability one month before the age of disaster begins, and is bound to a shelter-building System.
She doesn't want to make it through countless dangers only to return to her parents and find nothing but scorched earth. She doesn't want her loyal little dog to be mauled by zombies while saving her. This time, she'll be thoroughly prepared, build a shelter, and protect everything she holds dear!
A spatial ability is essential for stockpiling supplies.
Stockpile all kinds of goods!
Too many supplies, and her space is full?
Jiang Xiaoxia: Bind me to a shelter. Target: a high-speed rail bridge pier!
[System: ? You seem to have a serious problem.]
Jiang Xiaoxia: Bridge piers are perfect. They're made of reinforced concrete, and the inside is hollow. I'll keep stockpiling until I fill one up solid!
[System: What is this, making dumplings?]
Too many supplies for one bridge pier?
Jiang Xiaoxia points behind her: No problem, there's a whole row of them!
One month later, the age of disaster arrives.
Scorching heat and extreme cold keep alternating?
The bridge pier's outer walls are covered in solar panels, and wind turbines are installed on top. Inside, the temperature stays comfortable all year round, warm in winter and cool in summer.
A virus breaks out, and all kinds of mutated creatures appear?
The bridge pier upgrades! Drones patrol the area, an active defense system comes online... Its thick reinforced-concrete walls give Jiang Xiaoxia an unparalleled sense of security.
Relentless rain threatens to flood the entire region?
No problem. The bridge pier can turn into a ship... Ahem! Her spatial ability activates, and Jiang Xiaoxia simply takes the entire bridge pier and makes a run for it.
Jiang Xiaoxia: To survive the apocalypse, you need a bridge pier!
P.S.:
1. Apocalypse + spatial ability and stockpiling + System + construction + upgrade progression + special abilities + wish fulfillment + family bonds.
2. This is a fictional setting and is unrelated to reality.
3. There is a male lead, but the romance comes later.
4. The heroine isn't a pushover and has brains.
Theme: Love life and live it to the fullest.
