Oops, I backed the wrong person.
The deity said I had to choose a savior, but I think I may have backed the wrong person.
I'm An'an, a mystic fox enshrined at Fujian Inari Shrine. I overslept and only just woke up, but luckily no one has completed the deity's task yet.
First, people mistook me for a wild animal and chased me away. Then I lost all my divine power.
Who could have guessed that a revered mystic fox would one day end up homeless?
I spent my days on the street, never getting enough to eat, until one day I saw the boy fate had chosen for me.
"Hey, you're Geto Suguru, right?"
Geto Suguru, lost in thought, was stopped on the street by someone calling out to him. He looked around but couldn't see anyone, and thought he must have imagined it. Then a voice came from below.
"I'm down here!"
A child of about five looked up at him with shining eyes.
"Can I stay with you?"
It was obviously a little kid looking for someone to play with, but Geto wasn't in the mood.
"Sorry, big brother isn't feeling up to it right now. Here's a lollipop. Go play outside, okay?"
An'an took the lollipop the boy handed over. A good person, tall, dressed in black. This had to be the child of fortune the deity had mentioned.
Follow him, follow him. A child of fortune was hard to come by. The five-year-old let his little legs dangle as he followed Geto.
"I don't just eat, you know. I can eat curses, too. Don't let my size fool you. I've just eaten very few curses, since... they taste awful."
"Lord Geto, take me in! I can do housework!"
"Lord Geto!"
At his wits' end, Geto picked up the five-year-old in front of him. The child flailed in the air for a while, then saw that Geto had no intention of putting him down and obediently stopped moving.
"How do you know my name? Who are you? What do you want?" Geto's three questions only made the child even more excited.
"A curse told me. That curse just now is my underling. I want to become one of Lord Geto's underlings."
"Why?" Geto looked at the little brat in front of him. The child had no idea what Geto was thinking. If he did, he wouldn't say something like that.
"Because Lord Geto is the truth." The child gazed at Geto as if he were a deity.
Heavens knew, Geto never should have taken in that child out of pity...
In the days that followed, Gojo teased him for becoming a single dad.
How could a student at Tokyo High have a child, and one who was already five years old?
Is this the collapse of human nature or the corruption of morality? Welcome to The Fox Spirit Arrives in the World of Jujutsu!

1. The protagonist is actually five hundred years old, but is immature.
2. A story where everyone dotes on the protagonist.
3. That's about it. I'm not very good at writing blurbs. Thank you for your support!
