Hinata was born in Meteor City, but an accident sent her to another world.
However, a head injury left her with amnesia.
She was found by the people of an unknown village in the Kou Empire.
To repay their kindness, she entered the palace in her older sister's place.
To impersonate her sister, she painted her face to make it look like the scars she had.
The palace maids knelt in the hall, waiting to be chosen by the nobles. As their numbers dwindled, Hinata was the only one left.
While she was still lost in thought, the sound of bells rang in her ears.
She looked up. A mass of dark figures stood before her, all bizarre in their own way, yet just as out of place as she was.
The red-haired boy at their head walked over to her.
"Are you the only one left?" the boy asked.
The girl looked up reflexively. His black eyes and the red mark on his right side gave her an eerie feeling.
"Yes." No one would want me anyway. The scars on her face made the others want to steer clear of her.
"Then that's perfect. Purely, Renren, Lili, I'm taking this one." The boy lifted the girl's chin, then pinched her cheek.
"Why is your face so soft?" he asked curiously.
"Well..." The girl was clearly bewildered.
"How do you take care of your skin?"
"?"
The expressionless girl had black eyes as still as a pool of dead water, never showing the slightest ripple. She was either lost in thought or completely muddled.
The boy was always pinching her cheek as punishment, but the girl didn't mind. Perhaps only when he pinched her cheek could he see a trace of life in her face.
"You're really pretty. Though not as pretty as me, of course."
"Careful, you're pulling my braid too hard."
"Your punishment is to warm my bed tonight."
"Come here, let me do your makeup."
"Does it look good?"
"It looks... terrible. Wipe it off, quick."
Theme: Cold? I'm not cold. I'll cut off a piece of myself to get a meal!
New copywriting has appeared, how can we stand still!

Is it because the memory has not been restored? The people who survived Meteor Street should not have any feelings about this kind of thing?
