The Little Cat Who Raised the Mermaid Lady

Zhi Chu is a mermaid.

A mermaid abandoned by her parents, with the most important scale on her body ripped out in a laboratory.

She fought desperately to escape the lab and swam through filthy sewers, but in the end, she still collapsed helplessly in the rain, able only to wait quietly for death.

But then a fluffy little calico cat with long fur and a lotus leaf on its head suddenly appeared.

The little calico came over and sniffed her, then suddenly said to Zhi Chu, "You smell so good! Hey, little one."

Zhi Chu thought the little calico wanted to eat her. After all, cats eating fish was only natural.

But what it said next was:

"Do you want to be my little friend?"

And so the little mermaid was taken home by a kitten even smaller than she was.

And so she had a home.

Xiao Wu is a clever little cat!

Unfortunately, she was always the smallest cat in her clan, so she never got the chance to put her cleverness to use. So she ran away.

But then she found a little mermaid.

Hmm... What should she do?

First, she would go scam some cat food and do her best to keep herself fed!

And so, every day, a little cat appeared at the suburban fishing spot, diligently keeping an eye on the anglers. With her adorable act, she managed to swindle all their fish away!

Later, the anglers realized this cat had actually learned to earn money and support her family.

She got herself a phone and started livestreaming.

She made fun of every angler who couldn't catch a fish, then made a fortune!

And so, the little cat supported the little mermaid she had found, as well as an abandoned dog with a lame leg. The stray animals gathered together, and they all found a home.

She just didn't know that the little mermaid she raised was looking at her with an increasingly intense gaze.

Possessiveness and love became a whirlpool, and everything turned into an obsession.
