Today, I Absolutely Have to Be a Person

Xie Nanyi was a land-bound spirit in a wasteland. Then the land was developed into a villa community, and her ghostly life became much more colorful.

She knew that the family in the house to the west had found their biological daughter but couldn't bear to send their adopted daughter away, while the girl they'd brought home was bullied terribly every day.

She knew that the wealthy woman in the house to the east had gotten involved with a gold-digging man. He was sweet-talking her into practically handing over her company, and she still had no idea he even had an illegitimate child with someone else.

She also knew that the house to the north was keeping a genius singer-songwriter locked away. His agency had tricked him into giving up all his work, then used it to make a famous idol a star, while the real songwriter remained unknown.

And then there was the house to the south...

Every day, Xie Nanyi watched the drama unfold, her fists clenched with rage. She wished she could punch the gold-digger, kick the unscrupulous agent, then send the adopted daughter flying with a spinning kick.

Then one day, she saw the adopted daughter raise a hand to slap the biological daughter when no one else was around. In a panic, Xie Nanyi threw herself at the girl, and ended up inside her body.

Xie Nanyi blinked, then kicked the adopted daughter straight into the swimming pool beside them.

From that day on, Xie Nanyi realized she could possess a different person every day. Once she possessed someone, she couldn't leave at will before midnight. After midnight, she could possess anyone she wanted.

Xie Nanyi gave a chilling smile. "I've been itching to throw a punch for so long. Now I finally can!"

He Boming had taken over his family at a young age. He was often ruthless in his dealings, with only his younger brother able to soften him a little.

Perhaps it was a rebellious phase, but his brother had suddenly become ready to die for a man.

He found it irritating. Just as he was growing tired of it, a little ghost passing by suddenly leaped into his brother's body. Fists and slaps flew, beating his brother's so-called true love into a scrambling retreat.

Watching the scene, He Boming burst out laughing.

He thought raising a little ghost would be much more fun than raising his useless brother.
