Story blurb:

Wen Yuyi didn't choose to wield a dagger in BSG, a full-dive shooter game, on purpose. The truth was, his aim was just that terrible.

At 100 meters, he could fire without hitting anything, and had no idea where the bullet even went.

At 10 meters, his shot would graze past his opponent, startling them but dealing zero damage.

At 0 meters, he could land a headshot, but before he had time to celebrate, someone would follow the sound of the gunfire and catch him from behind.

What was the point of having a gun, anyway?

Wen Yuyi threw his gun away.

From then on, BSG had one less human outline artist and one more elusive melee assassin.

"Did I see that right? The champion of this tournament has only a dagger for a weapon?"

"That's incredible. How does he do it?"

"If he can rack up that many kills with just a dagger, wouldn't he be invincible with a gun?"

Mo Xuran, BSG's top marksman, heard all this and couldn't resist the urge to challenge Wen Yuyi.

But after several tournaments...

Mo Xuran: "I still haven't gotten to see your marksmanship. Looks like I still have a long way to go. I'll keep working hard to earn your approval. The day you use a gun will be the day you approve of me."

Wen Yuyi: "Oh. Then you'll never get my approval in this lifetime."

★ Sunny puppy-like marksman top (Mo Xuran) × willful young master assassin bottom (Wen Yuyi), bottom-focused, 1v1, equally matched, happy ending
