Online Dating Fiasco with the Campus Heartthrob

[Complete. Weibo: @Jinjiang Changye Manman]

In the second semester of his sophomore year, a senior from the music club comes to Ji Su in tears, saying she'd been cheated out of her money and virtue by a jerk she'd met online.

Ji Su comforts her. Looking at his face, both innocent and alluring, the senior begs him through tears to help her get revenge.

Ji Su is bewildered. "Senior, I'm a guy."

She grits her teeth. "That's exactly why! Because you're a guy, and because you're bigger than he is, you have to show him just how dangerous online dating can be!"

Ji Su: ...

To help his senior get revenge, Ji Su uses an alt account to add the jerk on WeChat, racking his brain to come up with things to say every day.

But from good morning to good night, the jerk never replies to a single message.

Until one day, Ji Su sends him a photo.

In it, Ji Su is wearing white shorts that show off a glimpse of his long, shapely thigh.

This time, the other guy replies instantly: Is that your leg in the photo?

Ji Su discovers that the jerk of a senior is a leg man. Every few days, he comes up with an excuse to ask Ji Su for leg pics.

To keep his gender a secret, Ji Su has no choice but to buy little skirts online and obediently send the senior photos of his legs.

The senior's cold attitude changes. He starts chatting with Ji Su, buys him all kinds of pretty little skirts, gives him tickets to the concert he's been dying to see, and even sends him pictures of his own six-pack and V-line...

As the senior falls deeper and asks to meet in person, Ji Su's revenge plan is nearly complete.

But to his surprise, the jerk of a senior turns out to be Gu Zhao, A University's campus heartthrob, a 193-centimeter-tall, aloof law school god whom people say is a little homophobic.

Ji Su panics and secretly blocks him on WeChat, terrified the heartthrob will recognize him.

But, as always, the thing you fear is exactly what happens. They keep running into each other more and more, and the heartthrob's gaze grows increasingly inscrutable.

Later, Gu Zhao pulls him onto his lap, personally helps him into a high-slit qipao, and asks in a dangerous, suggestive tone, "Baby, why don't you call me hubby anymore?"

Ji Su: Hubby, I'm sorry, sob...

1. The gong isn't actually a jerk.

2. The gong really is a leg man, but only when it comes to the shou's legs.

3. A sweet story about two straight men (not really) turning each other gay.

4. The entire plot exists to serve the romance.

5. The author's uninhibited fantasy project. If it's not your thing, move along.

Jiang Mian is the law school's recognized heartthrob at A University. He's got a cool, chaste, gorgeous face, but he has a secret no one knows: Whenever he feels like it, he posts faceless bonus pictures on foreign social media. He doesn't do it for money. He just enjoys being a "bad boy."

Recently, a set of photos wearing a waist chain helped him lure a mixed-race college student. The guy has a sexy voice, pretty hands, a six-pack and V-line, and everything about him hits Jiang Mian's preferences. He can even practice his English with him.

Except for one thing: Judging by the size of that... it looks like it could be fatal.

Jiang Mian is secretly glad that they're only dating online. They can flirt across the Pacific without any real-life consequences, so he lets loose online.

[Your fingers are so long. They'd be perfect for other things.]

[Your abs look so firm. They must feel amazing.]

[Are you strong? Could you pick me up with one arm and pin me against the wall?]

[I want to sit on your lap in a little skirt and recite legal statutes. If I get one wrong, you can grab me by the waist and punish me thoroughly...]

But when the mixed-race college student suggests meeting in person, Jiang Mian panics, breaks up, blocks him, and runs away in the middle of the night. He swears he'll never talk big online again.

When the new semester starts, a mixed-race heartthrob transfers into A University's law school and takes the whole campus by storm.

Jiang Mian comforts himself that it's probably just a coincidence. His former online boyfriend couldn't have crossed the ocean just to get back at him, right?

But at the law school's exchange event, a nearly two-meter-tall exchange student with handsome, chiseled features stands onstage, effortlessly switching between fluent English and adorable Chinese with an accent.

The venue is packed. Brian finds Jiang Mian in the crowd and smiles at him.

Jiang Mian: ...

Is it too late to drop out?

Brian moves into Jiang Mian's dorm. Every day, Jiang Mian admires the beautiful sight of him wandering around after a shower in nothing but athletic shorts, all while feeling guilty.

Then, one day, when none of their roommates are around, Jiang Mian puts on a cropped shirt to take pictures and gets caught by Brian, who's come back unexpectedly.

The tall man pins him behind the dorm room door. His lips brush Jiang Mian's earlobe, and his voice is so sexy it makes Jiang Mian's knees weak. "Bad boy, I've finally caught you."

Jiang Mian can no longer get away. Every bold thing he'd said online is written down by the man and put into practice over and over again.

Even when his voice is hoarse from crying and begging, Brian only smiles and grips him tightly by the waist. "Babe, I don't understand Chinese. Try saying it in English?"
